Tia

Tia is Everbloom’s dedicated Assistant Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in early years education. With indepth knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development, she helps lead our team in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

She is passionate about supporting children’s learning through play and exploration, and believes that strong partnerships with parents are key to each child’s success. 

With qualifications at Level 3 and Level 6 in Early Childhood Studies and Children’s Play, Learning and Development, Tia also has valuable experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Her calm, caring leadership helps ensure that Everbloom provides the high-quality care families can trust.
